Refund policy
Process
We have a 14-day return policy for EU customers (10 days outside EU and returns subject to approval) from the delivery date based on tracking information, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. This policy excludes underwear items such as jockstraps, singlets, cyclists and final sale items.
To start a return, send a request to hello@ouest.world (don't forget to mention your order number and the items you want to return). If your return is accepted, you will receive the return label and some instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. After acceptation of the return, you have 14 days to return the product(s) .
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Otherwise, the refund will be refused.
In addition, in case of a return, €19.00 return fees are applied and will be deducted from the refund. This amount is charged once per return. Refund can take up to 14 working days upon return.

Customs Duties & Refused Shipments
Customs duties, import taxes, and any related charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.
If a shipment is returned due to unpaid duties or taxes, the costs incurred in connection with the return may be deducted from the refund. These may include return shipping costs and a handling fee of 40 €, covering logistics, processing, and restocking costs.
Any additional charges directly billed by the carrier in connection with the return may also be deducted where applicable.
Any remaining balance will be refunded once the returned goods have been received and processed.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. In the case of exchange, the new delivery is free of charge.
Once the return label is received, the customer has 7 days to return the item. After this time, we cannot guarantee the availability of the item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Refund can take up to 14 working days upon return.
Exceptions to the Return Policy
Archive / Final Sale Items: all sales during archive / final sale operations are non-returnable, except in cases of defective items (picture to be sent as a proof), wrong items delivered, or if the item is not as described. The items on sale will be able to benefit from an exchange or a gift card but will not be refunded. During the special sale, we do not accept returns from the United States.
Customs Duties and Import Taxes
For orders shipped outside the European Union, including to the United Kingdom, the customer is informed that customs duties, import taxes, VAT and customs clearance fees may be required by the authorities of the destination country.
These charges are not included in the product price and are the sole responsibility of the customer, who is considered the importer of the goods.
The seller has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
In the event that the customer refuses delivery of the order due to non-payment of customs duties, taxes or any other import-related charges, the shipment may be returned to the seller.
In such cases, all costs incurred, including outbound shipping costs, return shipping costs, administrative fees and any storage fees, shall be borne by the customer.

No refund shall be processed until all costs resulting from a refusal of delivery have been fully paid.
If the return costs exceed the value of the order, the customer remains liable for the balance.
Right of Withdrawal
The exercise of the right of withdrawal does not exempt the customer from the payment of customs duties, import taxes or clearance fees that may have been incurred or claimed upon importation of the goods.
In the event of refusal of delivery due to non-payment of such charges, return shipping costs shall remain the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery
OUEST CORP ships worldwide and you will be able to track your order at any time. The cost of shipping your order will be calculated at the checkout. Standard shipping is offered for France above 250€, EU above 300€ and US $400. Express Shipping offered for France above 400€, EU above 500€.
Your order will be fulfilled by the delivery date set out in the Despatch Confirmation or, if no delivery date is specified, then within 30 days after the date of the Despatch Confirmation, unless there are exceptional circumstances.
Your order will be delivered to the delivery address you specify when placing your order.
If your delivery address is geographically remote, for example, certain outlying islands or other isolated locations, it is possible that we may not be able to deliver there. If that is the case, we will notify you before we accept your order. We reserve the right not to deliver to any region that is prohibited by applicable export laws. Orders cannot be delivered to PO Box or similar addresses.
Products comprised within the same order cannot be delivered to different addresses.
Deliveries are made by our trusted courier and take place from Monday to Saturday (or other normal working weekdays in regions that do not follow a Western pattern of working week), excluding bank and public holidays, usually within the hours of 8 am and 5 pm. It is not possible to specify a precise time at which a delivery will take place. Please note that the courier may require deliveries to be signed for.
In certain circumstances our delivery partner may provide you with the following optional services when delivering your order, such as (a) signature release: opting out of the requirement to provide a signature on delivery; and/or (b) leave with neighbor, reception or security: re-directing the delivery to a neighbor, reception or security; and/or (c) reschedule a new delivery date: selecting a delivery date that best suits you; and/or (d) re-directing to a collection point: collecting your package from a collection point nearby. By selecting any of these services provided by our delivery partner, including through any default preferences you may have selected with our delivery partner separately, you acknowledge and agree that OUEST CORP SAS shall bear no responsibility or liability for any loss or damage that may result from delivering your order in accordance with your request.
If you order Product(s) for international delivery, they may be opened and inspected by customs authorities and may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for the payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. In the event that you return an item, the import duties will be refunded if they were originally included in the purchase price. If they were not included then you will responsible for reclaiming duty directly from your local customs office.
Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the region for which the Product(s) are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.

Duties & Taxes
For all customers except in Europe (European Union), import duty is not included in the prices you see online. You may have to pay import duties upon receipt of your order or at a later date depending on your customs authority. You will not have to pay VAT or sales taxes within the European Union ("the E.U.") only, but there may be other local taxes that you need to pay to receive your order.
